Your first consultation is always free. In this virtual meet-and-greet, you’ll discuss your health goals and symptoms with a Nurse Practitioner. We’ll review whether hormone therapy or other treatments are appropriate for you — no pressure, just information. We offer transparent pricing.
1. Essential Thyroid Plan – $299
Best for: Patients with mild symptoms or early thyroid imbalance.
Includes:
- Initial consultation and symptom review
- Basic thyroid lab panel (TSH, Free T4, Free T3)
- Personalized hormone guidance and lifestyle recommendations
- Follow-up consultation at 8–12 weeks
2. Advanced Thyroid Plan – $499
Best for: Patients with confirmed thyroid imbalance or persistent symptoms.
Includes:
- Comprehensive thyroid panel (TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3, thyroid antibodies)
- Additional labs as needed: vitamin D, ferritin, cortisol, sex hormones
- Personalized thyroid hormone therapy (T4, T3, or combination)
- Supplement and nutrition guidance for thyroid support
- Follow-up consultations every 6–8 weeks until optimized
3. Precision Thyroid & Functional Optimization – $799
Best for: Complex cases, autoimmune thyroid disease, or patients seeking full functional support.
Includes:
- Advanced thyroid and hormonal testing (TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3, thyroid antibodies, cortisol, sex hormones, micronutrients)
- Customized hormone therapy (including compounded or desiccated thyroid)
