Assessment plus diagnostic review: $398 if both stages are needed. Follow-up appointments are additional. There is no mandatory monthly membership. The clinical process may require further information or referral.

What to expect
- Book: Choose an appropriate appointment in Jane and confirm eligibility.
- Prepare: Complete secure age-appropriate intake and screening forms.
- Assess: Discuss symptoms, developmental and medical history, and impairment across settings; collateral may be required.
- Review: Receive a discussion of findings and any additional assessment needed.
- Plan: Explore education, accommodations, behavioural approaches, medication where clinically appropriate, and follow-up.
Clinical and virtual-care safeguards
Screening alone cannot diagnose ADHD. Some patients require physical measurements, collateral reports, additional investigations, in-person assessment or referral.
Medication is not guaranteed and depends on clinical findings, prescribing rules and safe follow-up arrangements.

Many components can be assessed virtually, but the clinician determines whether virtual care is suitable. Additional records or an in-person assessment may be needed.
Are parents and teachers involved?
For children and teens, developmental history and observations from home and school can be important. Consent, privacy and decision-making capacity are assessed individually.
Is the assessment publicly insured?
Tersalus advertises private services. Provincial coverage and private-billing rules vary; confirm the fee is applicable and permissible for your circumstances before booking.
